Identifying the seller

Horizon Picks and horizonpicks.com are the trading name and website of ERIN ASHLEY HUNT FUNY LLC, EIN 99-4761396, 2825 Tillett Rd SW, Roanoke, VA 24015, United States. Every sale on horizonpicks.com is made by this company. These terms govern each visit to horizonpicks.com and each order placed there, together with four other pages that carry their own rules: delivery sits in the Shipping Policy, sending dresses back in the Refund and Returns Policy, charges in the Payment Policy, and personal data in the Privacy Policy.

Buying as an adult

Buyers must be at least 18. Dresses bought here are for the buyer’s own use or as gifts, and reselling them isn’t permitted under these terms. Delivery addresses have to be inside the area the Shipping Policy covers.

Forming the contract and taking payment

Placing an order makes an offer to buy. The order confirmation email accepts it and forms the contract. Payment of the full order total is taken at the moment the order is placed. If Horizon Picks can’t fill an order, it cancels the order and refunds the full amount within 2 business days.

Delivering and returning under the other policies

Delivery times, fees, and areas are set by the Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, and claims for damaged or wrong dresses are set by the Refund and Returns Policy. Where those pages give a figure, that figure is part of these terms.

Showing each dress as it is

Listings describe style, fabric, and sizes as supplied by the fulfillment partner. Screen colors and hand measurements can vary slightly, as the Disclaimer explains, and a dress that differs materially from its listing can be returned at Horizon Picks’ cost.

Setting prices and stock

All prices are listed in US dollars and may change before an order goes in. A placed order keeps its price. Stock is limited to what the partner holds, and a dress that runs out after payment is handled as the Shipping Policy describes. Obvious pricing errors are corrected before dispatch, and the shopper then chooses between paying the correct price and cancelling for a full refund.

Calling off an order

An order can be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed, with a full refund within 2 business days. Horizon Picks can cancel an order that fails payment verification, goes to an address outside the delivery area, or carries an obvious pricing error, and refunds it in full.

Using the website fairly

Visitors agree not to break the site’s security, scrape it at volume, place orders under a false identity, or use it for anything unlawful. Horizon Picks can block access that breaks these rules.

Owning the site content

The site’s text, layout, and logo belong to ERIN ASHLEY HUNT FUNY LLC. Product photos are supplied by the fulfillment partner for use on the listings. Nothing on the site may be copied for commercial use without written consent.

Linking out to third parties

Links to carriers, PayPal, and other sites are provided for convenience. Horizon Picks doesn’t control those sites and isn’t responsible for them.

Disclaiming warranties

Dresses are sold as described in their listings, with no further promise beyond what US law requires. The site is provided as it is, and Horizon Picks doesn’t guarantee it will always be available or free of errors.

Capping liability at the order amount

For any claim about an order, the most Horizon Picks can owe is what was paid for that order. Horizon Picks isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a missed event or the cost of a replacement bought elsewhere. Consumer rights that the law doesn’t allow to be limited stay in place.

Indemnifying the company

A visitor who breaks these terms or misuses the site agrees to cover the reasonable costs ERIN ASHLEY HUNT FUNY LLC incurs as a result, including legal fees.

Facing events outside anyone’s control

Neither side is liable for delays caused by events it can’t control, such as storms, carrier shutdowns, customs closures, public holidays in China, or government action. Horizon Picks tells affected shoppers by email and offers a full refund if a delay runs past the dates in the Shipping Policy.

Talking for 30 days before any claim

A shopper with a complaint emails contact@horizonpicks.com first, with the order number and what went wrong. The two sides get 30 days to resolve it over email. If it isn’t settled, either side can go to court. Nothing here forces arbitration or waives class actions, and small claims court is always open.

Choosing Virginia law and Roanoke courts

Virginia law governs these terms. Court cases go to the state or federal courts serving the City of Roanoke, Virginia, except that a consumer can also sue in the courts of the state where they live when that state’s law allows it.

Separating an invalid clause

If a court finds any clause invalid, only that clause is struck out, and everything else here still applies.

Treating these pages as the whole agreement

Together with the policies named above, these terms make up the complete agreement between the shopper and ERIN ASHLEY HUNT FUNY LLC about using the site and buying from it.

Revising these terms

Horizon Picks can revise these terms. The date at the top changes with every revision, and each order follows the version that was current on its order date.
