Applying these notes to the whole site
This page covers everything on horizonpicks.com: listings, photos, measurements, delivery estimates, and the other policy pages. Horizon Picks, the trading name of ERIN ASHLEY HUNT FUNY LLC, writes and updates that content. Nothing on the site is professional, medical, or legal advice.
Judging color and size on a screen
Screens show the same fabric differently. Brightness, color settings, and daylight versus indoor light all shift how a shade looks, so a dusty rose on one phone can read as pale pink on another. Listing photos come from the fulfillment partner, and a small shade difference between photo and dress isn’t a fault. Measurements taken by hand can differ from the listed measurements by up to 1 inch.
Describing each dress
Each listing describes the dress from the partner’s product details: style, fabric, length, and the sizes on offer, with measurements in inches where the partner gives them. Sizes follow those listed measurements, not another store’s sizing. When a listing gives no measurements, customer service can send them before the order is placed.
Estimating delivery dates
The door-to-door range of 9 to 12 business days, as stated in the Shipping Policy, combines 2 to 3 business days of handling with 7 to 9 business days of transit, and it’s an estimate. Carriers, customs, weather, and public holidays in China can stretch it. The dispatch date is the part Horizon Picks controls, and missing it gives the shopper the right to cancel for a full refund.
Measuring before ordering
Choosing the size is the shopper’s decision. Compare the listed measurements with a similar dress that fits well, measured flat, rather than relying on the usual label size. Customer service can answer measurement questions before checkout, but a size that turns out wrong is treated as a change of mind under the Refund and Returns Policy.
Limiting liability
Horizon Picks is responsible for delivering the dress that was ordered, in the condition described, or refunding it. It isn’t responsible for losses beyond the amount paid for the order, such as a missed event, alteration costs, or a dress bought elsewhere. Rights that US law gives consumers and that can’t be waived stay in place. The Terms and Conditions give the full limit.
