A fulfillment partner in China keeps the stock, packs each order, and ships it straight to the shopper’s address. Refunds, replacements, and decisions on claims come from Horizon Picks, not from the partner.
Accepting a longer wait
Shipping from China costs shoppers two things. A dress takes 9 to 12 business days to arrive, and returning one for a change of mind means paying international postage. Horizon Picks states both on the policy pages and in the delivery tab on every listing, so no one finds out after paying.
Selling dresses, and only dresses
The catalog holds dresses and nothing else: no shoes, bags, jewelry, or accessories. They’re grouped as casual and T-shirt dresses, midi dresses, and maxi dresses. The range is built one style at a time, and each listing shows its sizes, fabric, and measurements where the partner provides them. A shopper who can’t find a measurement can ask customer service before ordering.
Keeping four promises on every order
